Management of incoming calls, chats and emails with the aim of satisfying customer and partner requests

Necessary qualifications

• High school diploma
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Good knowledge of English
• Good computer knowledge in Windows and MS Office environment
• Responsibility when handling sensitive information
• Consistency and professionalism
• Work experience in a similar position will be considered.
